PAWticure
A gentle, spa-inspired nail care service including nail trimming, dremeling for a smooth finish, paw hair tidy-up, paw inspection, and a relaxing paw massage—all performed with your pet’s comfort in mind.
Internal Anal Gland Expression
An internal anal gland expression performed by a Licensed Veterinary Nurse to help relieve fullness, pressure, and discomfort while keeping your pet as comfortable as possible.
Ear Cleaning
A thorough ear cleaning designed to remove excess wax and debris while helping keep your pet’s ears fresh, clean, and comfortable.
Suture & Staple Remover
Professional removal of sutures or staples once your pet has been cleared by their veterinarian, provided in the comfort of home for a calm and convenient experience.
Subcutaneous Fluid Therapy
Professional in-home administration of your pet’s prescribed subcutaneous fluids. All fluids, supplies, and a current veterinary prescription must be provided by the pet owner.

Fear-Free Care
For pets who need a little extra support during nail trims and other services, Lexi offers a Doggie Lift harness system. This supportive setup gently cradles the dog to help reduce wiggling and create a safer, more controlled experience.
The system is designed to fit in a traditional-sized doorway with trim and may require a little help from the pet parent during setup or positioning. It can be especially helpful for dogs who are nervous, squirmy, or have difficulty standing still for their appointment.
Door Requirement
To safely use Lexi’s Lift harness system, a traditional-sized doorway with sturdy trim on both sides is needed. The doorway should also have enough open wall space around the frame so the support bar can sit securely in place.
Open archways, sliding doors, extra-wide openings, or doorways without trim may not be compatible with the lift. If you’re unsure whether your doorway will work, Lexi is happy to help you figure it out before your appointment.
